Veggie Burger

I love a good burger, and since barbecue season is now here I'm sharing my favorite way to make a veggie burger.

You'll need:
1/2-red pepper
3-cloves of garlic
1-can black beans
1/2-cup bread crumbs
3/4-of the can of garbanzo beans
3/4-cup green chili sauce(my favorite is this one)

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Chop red pepper, onion, and garlic and mince in food processor. Add both cans of strained rinsed beans to onion mixture in food processor, don't mince too much. Put the freshly minced mixture in large bowl and combine remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed. The bread crumbs help burgers stick together, so you can add more than 1/2 cup if need be.
Lightly oil pan and cook on both sides for 5-7 min, finish with your favorite cheese and you have yourself a veggie burger with a little kick.
This makes about 4-6 servings.
